Role Summary:
Magenta Home Health is currently seeking a qualified and experienced Home Care Nurse for a full-time, on-site role in Dubai. The selected candidate will deliver in-home medical care including medication administration, wound care, and patient monitoring, ensuring the highest standards of care in a home healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct nursing care in patients’ homes including medication administration and vital sign monitoring

• Deliver wound care, respiratory support, and ventilator management as needed

• Coordinate with physicians and healthcare teams to implement care plans

• Educate patients and families on post-care instructions and ongoing treatment

• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation

• Ensure patient safety, comfort, and dignity at all times

Required Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience in nursing, preferably in a home care setting

• Proficiency in wound care, medication administration, ventilator care, and respiratory support

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team

• Must hold or be in the process of obtaining DHA Eligibility or DHA Dataflow
