TASC Outsourcing is looking for UAE National candidates with a Bachelor’s degree for a full-time Administrative Support role in Dubai. Fresh graduates are welcome!

Role Overview:
The selected candidate will handle daily office administrative tasks, support document management, assist HR/Finance teams when needed, and ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of the office.
Responsibilities:

Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and manage correspondence.

Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and events.

Maintain physical and electronic filing systems.
-
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and data entry tasks.

Support document management tasks (scanning, printing, photocopying).

Welcome and direct visitors appropriately.

Manage office supplies and inventory.
-
Provide administrative support to HR or Finance teams when required.

Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services.

Maintain a clean and organized office environment.

Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Skills and Qualifications Required:

Bachelor’s degree (mandatory).
-
UAE National (mandatory).
-
Good communication and organizational skills.

Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to multitask and manage priorities efficiently.

Positive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Previous internship or work experience is a plus but not required.
