Allianz Partners, a global leader in B2B2C insurance and assistance services, is hiring a Helpline Care Advisor to provide exceptional customer support to international clients, including expatriates, brokers, and medical providers. This full-time, on-site role requires a medical or healthcare background and a commitment to delivering high-quality service in a dynamic, 24/7 call center environment.

You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, assist in critical situations such as hospital admissions and evacuations, and work closely with multiple departments to resolve queries efficiently. Candidates must be fluent in English and have strong communication and organizational skills.


🔧 Key Responsibilities

  • Handle large volumes of inbound and outbound calls and email queries globally.

  • Deliver outstanding customer service while adhering to response time SLAs.

  • Provide accurate product information and support based on client needs.

  • Support in coordinating hospital admissions, evacuations, and medical cases.

  • Escalate client complaints appropriately while striving for high satisfaction.

  • Build collaborative relationships with internal departments and medical providers.

  • Work rotating shifts in a 24/7 environment, including weekends and holidays.

  • Participate in process improvements, coaching, and team development initiatives.

  • Meet daily and monthly performance goals and respond to ad hoc requests.


🎯 Skills & Qualifications

  • Fluent English (spoken and written) is essential.

  • Medical background preferred – qualified nurses or pharmacists ideal.

  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service; insurance industry knowledge is a plus.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and general digital tools (Outlook, internet, applications).

  • Flexible and adaptable to work rotating shifts, including holidays and weekends.
