CARACAL, a regional leader in small arms manufacturing headquartered in Abu Dhabi, is hiring a Warehouse Helper. This full-time, on-site position supports daily warehouse operations and inventory handling in accordance with safety and quality standards. Candidates with at least 2 years of warehouse experience and familiarity with ERP systems are preferred.

🧾 Key Responsibilities:

• Follow company policies, procedures, and warehouse work processes

• Receive job assignments from Team Leader or Lead Storekeeper

• Ensure availability of materials, documentation, and tools before starting tasks

• Report daily product output and immediately escalate any issues

• Support packing operations and secure inventory materials against damage

• Perform tasks responsibly and maintain a clean, safe workspace

• Participate in health, safety, and environmental initiatives

• Conduct warehouse activities such as stock movement, handling, and organization

• Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

✅ Skills & Qualifications:

• High school diploma or technical diploma in a relevant discipline

• Minimum 2 years of relevant warehouse experience

• Familiarity with ERP systems and record-keeping practices

• Strong English communication skills (written and oral)

• Proficiency in computer and data entry tasks

• Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and inventory management
