About the Role

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Helper to join a leading FMCG company in Dubai. The ideal candidate will support daily warehouse operations, ensuring accurate handling of incoming and outgoing goods while maintaining safety and cleanliness standards.

This role requires physical stamina, teamwork, and familiarity with standard warehouse procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments and verify quantity and quality of goods

• Weigh, count, and inspect items for damage

• Assist in picking and retrieving products as per delivery orders

• Pack and label goods accurately for shipment

• Move outgoing merchandise to designated dispatch areas

• Secure goods properly in delivery vehicles to prevent transit damage

• Maintain accurate records of inventory movements

• Operate warehouse lifting equipment safely for loading, unloading, and stacking

• Organize stock on shelves and racks according to company guidelines

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness (sweeping, mopping, dusting, waste disposal)

• Report damaged goods or equipment to management immediately

• Follow all company safety policies and procedures

Requirements

• Previous experience as a warehouse helper or in a similar role

• Knowledge of standard warehouse practices

• Familiarity with inventory management systems

• Ability to operate warehouse lift equipment

• Good physical stamina and ability to lift heavy items

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• Good organizational and time management abilities

• Male candidates preferred

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: AED 900 – 1,200 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances)
