We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional with strong expertise in healthcare recruitment for the USA and Canada immigration, particularly the Atlantic Immigration Program (AIP). Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for healthcare professionals targeting USA placements

• Advise and assist candidates on Canadian immigration, with a focus on the AIP program

• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare clients and international candidates

• Collaborate with internal teams to meet monthly targets and placement goals

• Stay updated with changing immigration policies and healthcare licensing requirements

Key Requirements:
✅ In-depth knowledge of Canada migration processes, especially the AIP Program
✅ Strong understanding of USA healthcare recruitment systems and employer expectations

Required Skills:

• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in healthcare recruitment or immigration

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills

• Proactive and target-driven mindset

• Strong skills in client relationship management and service delivery
