Danone MENA is looking for a passionate Healthcare Nutrition Specialist (Medical Representative) to join our Specialized Nutrition division. This role is based in Al Ain and is exclusively open to UAE Nationals. You will be responsible for building trusted relationships with healthcare professionals and promoting scientifically backed nutritional solutions to support infant and specialized health.

Key Responsibilities:

🩺 HCP Engagement & Scientific Promotion

• Visit HCPs in hospitals, clinics, and private practices to build strong, science-based relationships.

• Promote Danone’s healthcare nutrition products and solutions as preferred choices.

• Deliver accurate, up-to-date product and clinical information.

• Organize and conduct scientific meetings and presentations.

📊 Area Management & Business Development

• Identify business opportunities and devise strategic actions based on market analysis.

• Execute a structured weekly call cycle in coordination with the manager.

• Monitor competitor activities and take proactive steps to protect market share.

• Maintain strong product knowledge and handle HCP inquiries professionally.

📁 Reporting & Compliance

• Submit timely promotional activity reports.

• Ensure alignment with WHO and UAE local codes for infant nutrition.

• Maintain up-to-date customer databases and administrative documentation.

🤝 Team Collaboration

• Participate in team meetings to share insights and align on targets.

• Support seminars and local events for HCPs and stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Nutrition, or equivalent.

• 2–5 years of medical sales experience in the pharmaceutical or nutrition industry.

• Proficient in Arabic and English.

• Must be a UAE National (with a family book) and hold a valid UAE driving license.
