GIG Gulf, part of the Gulf Insurance Group (GIG) and a Fairfax company, is seeking a dedicated Healthcare Events Management Specialist to support their Health & Wellbeing programs. This full-time, on-site role is exclusive to UAE Nationals and involves coordinating, analyzing, and reporting on various health initiatives while managing events and stakeholder engagement across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collate data from providers and maintain monthly databases of active participants and utilization reports.

• Prepare weekly and monthly reports for GIG Teleconsultation services, Shield for Diabetes, Mindset, and other Health-on-Track (HoT) programs.

• Analyze program performance and highlight top accounts, main issues, and trends.

• Compile post-event utilization reports for health talks and track attendance.

• Organize and manage on-site logistics for Health Fairs and other client events.

• Assist in enrolling participants in health programs and ensure timely kit deliveries, stock management, and supplier coordination.

• Monitor CRM notifications for member benefits, coordinate activations with vendors, and track inactive accounts.

• Validate vendor invoices and coordinate with Finance for timely payment.

• Conduct data analytics from providers and vendors to support operational KPIs.

• Coordinate with members as part of the Patient Support Program to ensure prompt service delivery.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Must be a UAE National with a Family Book.

• Proven event management skills with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for internal and external coordination.

• Ability to build strong relationships across teams (HR, Communications, Leadership) and with external vendors.

• Comfortable using virtual event platforms (Zoom, MS Teams, Webex) and digital promotion tools.

• Experience in employee engagement or healthcare-related event coordination is preferred.
