Healthcare Administrator and Patient Relationship Officer

Healthagon Physiotherapy Center is seeking a proactive and empathetic Healthcare Administrator and Patient Relationship Officer to join their team onsite in Dubai. This full-time role combines administrative expertise with exceptional patient relationship management skills to ensure smooth clinic operations and a superior patient experience. The successful candidate will serve as the first point of contact for patients, oversee administrative processes, and collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver high-quality care and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Patient Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary contact for patients, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and empathetically

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with patients to promote satisfaction and repeat visits

  • Coordinate patient care plans, follow-ups, and appointments to ensure continuity of care

  • Handle patient complaints promptly, escalating issues when needed

Administrative Duties

  • Manage front-desk operations including registration, scheduling, and billing

  • Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with regulations

  • Oversee clinic supplies and resources, ensuring timely replenishment

  • Collaborate with clinical teams to streamline workflows and improve efficiency

Operational Support

  • Develop and implement processes to enhance the patient journey

  • Support the Clinic Director in operational planning and reporting

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards while maintaining a clean and welcoming clinic environment

Communication & Collaboration

  • Serve as a liaison between patients and healthcare staff for clear communication

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote services and collect patient testimonials

  • Participate in team meetings to share insights on patient satisfaction and service improvement

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar healthcare role

  • Strong knowledge of patient relationship management and healthcare operations

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, CRM systems, Canva, and UAE healthcare management software

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational, multitasking, and customer service abilities

  • Ability to handle sensitive situations with discretion and professionalism
