Grand Building Demolition is seeking experienced Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) professionals to join their team for an ADNOC project in Abu Dhabi. The roles available are HSE Officer and HSE Coordinator, responsible for ensuring compliance with safety regulations, conducting inspections, providing training, and maintaining HSE documentation.

Positions Available:

1. HSE Officer

2. HSE Coordinator

Key Responsibilities (HSE Officer):

• Implement and monitor the project-specific HSE management system.

• Conduct daily inspections to ensure compliance with ADNOC and company safety standards.

• Investigate and report incidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.

• Provide HSE training and awareness sessions to the workforce.

• Ensure safety signage, PPE, and emergency procedures are in place.

• Prepare and maintain HSE documentation, including risk assessments, permits, and audits.

Key Responsibilities (HSE Coordinator):

• Assist in developing and coordinating HSE plans and procedures.

• Monitor and report HSE measures across the project site.

• Liaise with ADNOC representatives and contractors to ensure safety alignment.

• Coordinate emergency response drills and safety meetings.

• Maintain detailed HSE records and submit them to ADNOC and internal stakeholders.

Qualifications (HSE Officer):

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related field.

• NEBOSH IGC or ADNOC-approved HSE certification (mandatory).

• 3-5 years of experience in an HSE role, preferably on ADNOC or similar projects.

• Strong knowledge of UAE HSE laws and regulations.

• Strong communication and reporting skills.

Qualifications (HSE Coordinator):

• Diploma or certificate in occupational health and safety or related field.

• ADNOC-approved HSE certifications (preferred).

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the construction or demolition industry.

• Proficient in MS Office applications and documentation.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

• Familiarity with ADNOC HSE standards and requirements.
