Stevin Rock is seeking a Health Safety Environment (HSE) Advisor to oversee projects and site operations, ensuring adherence to the highest health, safety, and environmental standards. The role involves risk assessment, incident investigation, and providing support for compliance with HSE regulations in a large-scale operation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Health and Safety Management: Promote a safety-first culture through internal campaigns and provide consistent HSE advice to employees and management. Perform inspections, drills, and create weekly and monthly HSE reports.

• Risk Assessment and Mitigation: Conduct risk assessments, identify potential hazards, and develop risk mitigation strategies. Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety standards.

• Training and Development: Develop and deliver HSE training programs, maintain training records, and assess the effectiveness of training.

• Incident Investigation and Reporting: Lead investigations into incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions. Prepare incident reports and ensure legal compliance.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field

• NEBOSH International General Certificate or equivalent

• Minimum 5 years of experience in high-risk industries (e.g., Mining, Construction)

• Experience in large-scale operations with over 500 employees

• Familiarity with KPIs such as TRIR, LTIFR, LTIIR

• Fluent in English & Hindi

• Valid UAE Manual Driving License
