Ellusho Life Mental Health Clinic is seeking a DHA Licensed Mental Health Nurse to join its healthcare team in Dubai. The role involves providing compassionate and professional nursing care to individuals with psychiatric conditions, emotional challenges, and mental health disorders. The nurse will play a vital role in patient assessment, care planning, treatment, crisis intervention, and rehabilitation, ensuring patient safety, dignity, and recovery support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments and monitor patient conditions.

• Develop and implement individualized care plans with the healthcare team.

• Administer medications and monitor patient responses.

• Provide therapeutic interventions, including de-escalation and supportive counseling.

• Assist patients in developing coping strategies and recovery goals.

• Document and report changes in patient health status.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, and healthcare staff.

• Support families and caregivers with education and guidance.

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, ethics, and safety standards.

• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, case reviews, and professional development.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Valid DHA nursing license (Registered Nurse or equivalent) with mental health/psychiatric specialization.

• Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in mental health, psychiatry, or a related field.

• Strong understanding of psychiatric disorders, treatments, and medications.

• Excellent communication, observation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to remain calm under pressure and manage crises effectively.

• Empathy, patience, and resilience in supporting vulnerable populations.

• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and reporting.

Work Environment:
