Fairmont The Palm is hiring a Health Club Receptionist to join their luxury wellness team in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for individuals with hospitality, fitness center, or front-desk experience. You’ll be a part of one of Dubai’s premier resorts, ensuring that guests receive five-star service at the health club, pool, and beach areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist guests courteously at the Health Club, pool, and beach.

• Maintain cleanliness in changing rooms, steam, sauna, gym, and beach facilities.

• Manage towel inventory, distribute fresh towels, and collect used ones.

• Set up and maintain loungers, umbrellas, and amenities before guest arrival.

• Replenish supplies and report any facility or equipment issues.

• Attend pre-shift briefings and report to supervisors at the end of shifts.

• Ensure health and safety standards are met and report hazards immediately.

• Assist with guest events and provide luxury touches such as cold towels or refreshments.

Candidate Requirements:

• High school diploma or vocational training required.

• Prior experience in luxury hospitality or a fitness center preferred.

• Fluent in English (written and verbal).

• Friendly demeanor with excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Strong personal grooming and cleanliness.

• CPR/First Aid certification preferred.
