We are looking for a motivated and professional Health Care Admin (Office Administrator) to support the smooth operation of our healthcare center. The successful candidate will handle patient inquiries, maintain records, coordinate with healthcare staff, and ensure excellent customer service to uphold patient satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:

Professionally manage patient inquiries, calls, and appointment bookings

Maintain and organize records, schedules, and office documentation

Coordinate with healthcare staff and management to ensure smooth daily operations

Deliver excellent customer service and maintain patient satisfaction

Support day-to-day administrative functions of the healthcare center
Skills & Qualifications:

Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal

Prior experience working in the healthcare field is mandatory

Excellent organizational and multitasking capabilities

Proficiency in MS Office and general office administration
Salary: AED 2500 – 3000
