Job Title: Head Waitress
Job Description:
We are looking for a Head Waitress to lead our front-of-house operations and ensure a memorable dining experience for every guest. This role combines leadership, customer service, and coordination skills to oversee the daily service flow and support the restaurant’s success.
The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and passionate about hospitality, with a strong ability to manage a team and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise the waitstaff team, ensuring consistent high-quality service.

Coordinate closely with the kitchen team for timely and accurate food delivery.

Manage reservations and seating to ensure smooth guest flow during peak hours.

Address and resolve customer complaints and inquiries professionally.

Maintain the cleanliness, setup, and ambiance of the dining area.

Suggest daily specials and assist in menu planning to enhance guest satisfaction.

Monitor inventory levels and support supply ordering as needed.

Conduct regular staff briefings to align on service standards and improvements.

Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations.

Prepare reports on guest feedback and staff performance for management review.
Skills & Qualifications:

Proven experience in a hospitality or restaurant leadership role.

Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Detail-oriented with exceptional multitasking and time management.

Knowledge of POS systems and basic cash handling.

Understanding of food hygiene and safety standards.
