As Head Waiter, you will be responsible for delivering the highest levels of fine dining service and guest satisfaction. You will lead by example, assisting team members on the floor, ensuring all guests are greeted warmly and served promptly. Your role includes being highly knowledgeable about the food and beverage offerings, providing expert recommendations to guests, and maintaining a professional and refined atmosphere at all times. You will also oversee service consistency and quality, addressing any issues and escalating concerns to management when necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests upon arrival and ensure a warm, professional welcome

• Supervise service operations on the floor, providing support to the team as needed

• Be fully knowledgeable about the food and beverage menu, including promotions

• Provide expert advice to guests on menu selections and wine pairings

• Monitor the consistency and presentation of food and beverages being served

• Address guest feedback or complaints in a timely and courteous manner

• Collaborate with management to maintain exceptional service standards

Skills and Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as Head Waiter or similar role in a high-end or social dining restaurant

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong ability to multitask and work under pressure

• Confident in interacting with a diverse range of guests

• Passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences

• A proactive team player with strong leadership qualities
