Hilton is seeking a qualified Head Therapist to lead the spa team at The WB™ Abu Dhabi, Curio Collection by Hilton™, the world’s first Warner Bros.-branded hotel. This role is ideal for a professional with spa therapy experience, leadership skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the spa and lead the therapist team

• Conduct spa treatments and ensure all services meet brand standards and legal compliance

• Maintain knowledge of all treatments and wellness offerings

• Ensure a smooth client experience, from booking to payment

• Motivate the team to meet departmental sales targets and track performance

• Respond to customer feedback effectively to improve services

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including COSHH and hotel security procedures

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in the spa and wellness industry

• Relevant certification or qualification in massage therapy or similar discipline

• Strong leadership and team management skills

• Positive attitude and excellent grooming standards

• High-level communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

• Flexible with work hours and shift changes

Preferred Qualifications:

• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service

• Previous experience in a similar leadership spa role
