Job Summary:
We are seeking a Head of Web3 Fundraising to lead our strategic capital-raising initiatives. This high-impact, remote position offers a unique opportunity to work at the forefront of blockchain innovation, collaborating with global investors, DAOs, and launchpads to secure funding for our Web3 ventures. The compensation package includes a mix of project tokens and success-based fees in cash, ideal for professionals who thrive in performance-driven environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute end-to-end fundraising strategies across seed, private, and public rounds (SAFT, token sales).

• Build and manage relationships with crypto VCs, angel investors, launchpads, and strategic ecosystem partners.

• Prepare comprehensive investor materials including pitch decks, tokenomics models, and legal documentation.

• Lead due diligence, manage investor communications, and coordinate virtual data rooms.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, legal, and marketing teams to align fundraising initiatives with overall project narratives.

• Represent the project at Web3 industry events, global investor conferences, and online forums.

• Negotiate and structure investment agreements (e.g., SAFTs) to maximize value and alignment.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of proven experience in blockchain/Web3 fundraising or crypto-focused venture capital.

• Strong command of tokenomics, smart contracts, and Web3 ecosystems.

• Established network of investors in crypto, DeFi, and RWA tokenization.

• Prior experience in managing ICOs, IEOs, or launchpad listings preferred.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong presentation capabilities.

• Highly self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously and manage global investor relations.

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience in a Web3 startup or with crypto launchpads.

• Familiarity with legal frameworks around token offerings and SAFT agreements.
