Key Responsibilities:

• Take full ownership of Syntell’s AI voice SaaS product lifecycle.

• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of developers and engineers.

• Manage and oversee technical projects across voice automation, NLP, and backend systems.

• Coordinate with external contractors during the transitional phase.

• Make strategic decisions regarding product architecture, APIs, infrastructure, and scalability.

• Innovate and deliver new features in voice automation, analytics, and integrations.

• Set the long-term technology vision and successfully execute it.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 4–7+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 2 years in a leadership or architect role.

• Deep hands-on expertise in Conversational AI, Natural Language Processing (NLP), or Large Language Model (LLM) tools.

• Ability to balance strategic thinking with active, hands-on contribution.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.

• Passion for AI, startups, and developing category-defining technology products.
