Job Overview:

BALCON Design Studio, a global leader in luxury interior design, is seeking an experienced Head of Sales to manage and drive sales operations. The role involves overseeing the sales team, optimizing CRM processes, achieving key performance targets, and ensuring a seamless collaboration with other departments.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Sales Team Leadership: Organize, manage, and motivate the sales team for optimal performance.
✔ Performance Monitoring: Track and analyze sales data in AMO-CRM to enhance strategy.
✔ Sales Growth: Drive revenue by achieving key sales indicators and, if needed, handling personal sales.
✔ Employee Training: Develop and implement training programs to upskill the team.
✔ Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure smooth project execution.
