PARIS GROUP, a prominent player in the fashion retail and fit-out contracting industries, is looking to hire a Head of Recruitment – VP Office to lead and refine its talent acquisition strategies. This full-time, on-site leadership role in Dubai involves working closely with the Vice President’s office to attract top-tier talent, manage a high-performing recruitment team, and build a strong employer brand for the company and its affiliates.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a recruitment team handling hiring for various departments under the VP office.

Design and execute recruitment strategies focused on attracting talent in fashion retail and contracting services.

Collaborate with hiring managers to create accurate job descriptions and define role requirements.

Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviews, and onboarding.

Develop recruitment marketing initiatives to enhance employer branding and attract top talent.

Use recruitment analytics to monitor and improve hiring effectiveness.

Mentor and train the recruitment team to meet company hiring goals.

Stay updated with industry recruitment trends to maintain competitive hiring practices.

Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).

10+ years of experience in recruitment, with 5+ years in a managerial or leadership role.

Proven track record in building and executing effective recruitment strategies.

Strong understanding of recruitment tools, technologies, and analytics.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.

Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects in a fast-paced environment.

Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
