As Head of Recruitment, you’ll operate independently with 80% commission, full infrastructure support, and the flexibility to grow your own client portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate as an independent Head of Recruitment under the Halr Tech brand.

Build and manage your own client portfolio in tech, IT, engineering, or sales.

Source, qualify, and place top talent.

Maintain and develop strong client and candidate relationships.

Collaborate with leadership and other partners on recruitment strategy and delivery.

Leverage provided tools, CRM, automations, and branding to optimize performance.
Qualifications:

2–3 years of experience in 360 or agency recruitment.

Proven ability to manage a recruitment desk independently.

Excellent client communication and relationship-building skills.

Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to succeed in a commission-based environment.
