Role Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned professional to lead the Product Support and Governance function for our Retail Banking Division. This role will drive strategic execution, product governance, regulatory coordination, and cross-functional alignment to enhance retail product delivery, profitability, and market positioning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and coordinate product strategy execution, aligning efforts across product teams to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

• Champion retail customer experience and product lifecycle understanding, including marketing, compliance, and operational performance.

• Build robust business cases and ensure data-driven decision-making in support of new and existing product initiatives.

• Serve as a key liaison for regulatory matters, ensuring timely responses to mandates and keeping internal stakeholders well-informed.

• Oversee project management and transformation initiatives, resolving bottlenecks and unblocking key deliverables.

• Conduct and distribute market intelligence to sharpen FAB’s retail product positioning.

• Foster strong stakeholder relationships, driving collaboration, transparency, and accountability across departments.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in Finance and/or Retail Banking, with at least 3 years in a similar leadership role.

• Proven track record in retail product management, customer journey design, and cross-functional project delivery.

• Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, with experience managing compliance inputs for product development.

• Exceptional communication, stakeholder engagement, and strategic problem-solving skills.
