Regional Head of Procurement – Aviation Sector (MEA & Asia)

Job Description:

We are seeking a visionary and results-oriented Head of Procurement to lead strategic procurement operations across the Middle East, Africa, and Asia for a globally recognized leader in the aviation industry. Based in either Dubai or Kuwait, this executive role offers the unique opportunity to shape and optimize multi-regional OPEX and CAPEX procurement functions within a fast-paced and high-stakes industry.

You will lead a diverse team of procurement professionals, unify processes, streamline supply chains, and ensure procurement strategies are fully aligned with global corporate objectives while meeting regional operational needs. This role requires frequent travel across your regions of responsibility and close collaboration with senior international leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and optimize all procurement activities across MEA & Asia regions.

• Lead regional OPEX and CAPEX procurement strategies, ensuring alignment with corporate and regional goals.

• Build, lead, and unify diverse, cross-border procurement teams.

• Establish strategic supplier relationships and manage high-value contracts.

• Navigate international regulations, market dynamics, and cultural nuances.

• Drive continuous improvement and cost-efficiency initiatives.

• Report to senior global stakeholders and provide data-driven insights.

Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in leading procurement at a regional or global level, ideally within the aviation or related sectors.

• Demonstrated expertise in cross-border sourcing, supply chain optimization, and vendor management.

• Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.

• Fluent in English and French; Arabic is a strong advantage.

• Comfortable working in fast-paced, multicultural environments.

• Willingness to travel extensively across MEA and Asia.
