Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Operations to serve as second-in-command to the Managing Director. This leadership role oversees daily business operations, team performance, and project delivery, ensuring the consistent execution of residential and commercial fit-out and renovation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate all departments, including Sales, Business Development, Design, Project Management, Procurement, and Customer Relations.

• Act as the primary escalation point for client concerns and internal operational challenges.

• Supervise office and site teams, ensuring projects meet quality standards and deadlines.

• Conduct regular meetings, lead performance reviews, and provide strategic guidance to align operations with business objectives.

• Oversee adherence to SOPs and standardized processes across functions, from sales and execution to procurement and project handover.

• Collaborate closely with the Fit-Out Manager and Project Coordinators to track milestones and proactively resolve issues.

• Represent DEEJOS Interiors in client meetings, contract negotiations, and site handovers as needed.

• Monitor sales pipelines, project progress, invoicing, and team KPIs; report updates and insights directly to the Managing Director.

• Facilitate effective communication between the Dubai office and the Chennai Head Office.

Requirements:

Experience:

• Minimum of 7–10 years in a senior operations or management role within the interior design, fit-out, or construction sector, preferably in Dubai or the GCC.

• Proven track record of handling multi-functional teams and balancing sales, client engagement, and project delivery.

Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management abilities.

• Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is an advantage).

• Client relationship management and professional presentation skills.

• Effective project monitoring, reporting, and problem-solving.

• Confident decision-making aligned with company strategy.
