We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Observability and Cloud Monitoring to lead the development and implementation of full-stack monitoring strategies across infrastructure, APM, network, and security. In this role, you will drive AI-driven automation and advanced monitoring solutions to optimize incident management and system performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of observability strategies for infrastructure, APM, network, and security monitoring.

• Mentor and lead a team of IT professionals, fostering collaboration across both technical and non-technical teams.

• Integrate AI-driven solutions and automation tools to streamline incident management and enhance system monitoring capabilities.

• Oversee large-scale monitoring platforms, ensuring smooth integration with major cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
