Role Overview:

We are seeking a Head of IT to lead our digital infrastructure and CRM optimization efforts. This role will be instrumental in enhancing client engagement, streamlining internal workflows, and supporting scalable growth through advanced technology solutions. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on strategist, capable of driving automation, data integrity, and seamless CRM performance across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:

🔧 CRM Strategy & Optimization

• Manage and enhance CRM workflows to optimize lead tracking and sales pipeline visibility

• Implement automation for follow-ups, lead nurturing, task allocation, and notifications

• Ensure CRM data integrity: de-duplication, record accuracy, and process enforcement

• Oversee integrations with WhatsApp, Email, and SMS tools (no coding required)

• Generate CRM performance dashboards and analytical reports for leadership insights

💼 IT Operations & Leadership

• Lead IT infrastructure planning, implementation, and cybersecurity measures

• Align IT strategy with business goals, ensuring scalability and operational efficiency

• Oversee vendor relations, IT budgeting, and procurement of tech resources

• Ensure compliance with UAE data privacy and regulatory standards

👥 Collaboration & Training

• Train and support agents and staff on CRM usage and best practices

• Work cross-functionally with marketing and sales teams to refine digital lead strategies

• Identify and deploy new technologies that drive user productivity and system reliability

Candidate Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field

• Minimum 5 years in IT leadership, preferably within the real estate or property sector

• Strong understanding of CRM systems, sales automation, and data analytics

• Expertise in IT infrastructure, cybersecurity, and digital transformation

• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

• Familiarity with API-based integrations and tech vendor management

• Strategic thinker with hands-on experience in project and team leadership

• Knowledge of UAE data privacy laws is highly desirable
