Knight Frank, a globally recognized real estate consultancy, is hiring a Head of International Capital to be based in Dubai. This senior-level, on-site role plays a pivotal part in managing key outbound capital relationships across the Middle East, working with institutional investors, sovereign wealth funds, and family offices to execute cross-border investment strategies.
The role bridges high-net-worth Middle Eastern investors with global real estate opportunities through Knight Frank’s international network and exclusive alliance with Berkadia. With a combined transaction value exceeding $99 billion annually, the company offers a dynamic platform for high-level capital advisory and investment placements.
Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with outbound Middle East capital, including institutional and private investors.

Collaborate with Knight Frank teams across the UK, Europe, US, and Asia Pacific to channel investment opportunities.

Conduct market research to develop investor target lists and assist in capital raising and asset sales.

Deliver investor presentations and facilitate due diligence and closure of cross-border transactions.

Strengthen relationships with the top 30 global clients based in the Middle East and manage their acquisition/disposal strategies.

Participate in local market pitches and enhance Knight Frank’s presence across the Gulf region.

Contribute to thought leadership through market reports and coordinate business development efforts across service lines.
Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.

Minimum 10 years’ experience in international capital markets or real estate investment within the Middle East.

Proven track record of deal origination and execution with an active investor network.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Strong collaboration, adaptability, and ability to work in a high-paced environment.

Deep understanding of regional business practices and real estate regulations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; MRICS certification preferred.

Fluency in English is essential; Arabic or additional languages are a plus.

Flexibility to travel across the Gulf and globally for client engagement and transactions.
