Kingston Stanley is hiring a Head of Information Technology for a prominent and diversified family business with operations spanning across the UAE, West Africa (Guinea), and India. This is a leadership-level role suited for a seasoned IT professional with a strong background in infrastructure, cloud services, and enterprise systems.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the organization’s IT strategy to align with broader business goals while managing and mentoring a skilled team of IT professionals. This role will serve as the central point of contact for IT operations, innovation, and strategy across multiple geographic regions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement the company’s IT strategy to support business growth and technological advancement.

• Lead and manage an IT team, ensuring clarity in goals, priorities, and performance.

• Advise senior leadership on IT infrastructure, digital transformation, and implementation in simple, strategic terms.

• Oversee IT infrastructure integration across regional hubs in the UAE, Guinea (West Africa), and India.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, cloud services (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), and enterprise-level software.

• Proven experience working within the African market is essential.

• Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and solid understanding of software development processes.

• Familiarity with Oracle systems and solutions.

• Track record of successful digital transformation leadership.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant IT or business field is required.
