We are seeking an experienced and strategic Head of Human Resources to lead the HR function within a leading facilities management organization in Dubai. This role requires a forward-thinking HR leader who can drive people strategies, enhance workforce performance, and build a strong organizational culture aligned with business objectives.

You will play a key role in shaping talent strategy, managing workforce operations, and supporting business growth within a dynamic and labor-intensive environment.

Key Responsibilities

HR Strategy & Leadership

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals
• Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership on all HR-related matters
• Lead organizational development and change management initiatives

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

• Oversee recruitment strategies to attract skilled talent across all levels
• Manage workforce planning, particularly for large-scale and blue-collar operations
• Ensure efficient onboarding and integration processes

Performance & Employee Relations

• Implement and manage performance management systems
• Foster a positive workplace culture and address employee relations issues
• Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives

Learning & Development

• Design and implement training programs to enhance workforce capabilities
• Support leadership development and career progression initiatives

Compensation, Benefits & Compliance

• Lead compensation and benefits planning to remain competitive in the market
• Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and HR best practices
• Manage HR budgets and optimize resource allocation

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Master’s degree or HR certification (e.g., CIPD) is preferred
• Minimum 8+ years of experience in HR leadership roles
• Experience in facilities management or similar industries is highly preferred
• Strong experience managing blue-collar workforce
