Job Description
As Head of HR for Cartier UAE, reporting to the HRD Cartier MEIAT, you will shape and execute a forward-thinking HR strategy aligned with regional and global priorities. You will work closely with the UAE Executive Committee and lead a talented HR team, enhancing the employee experience across both office and boutique networks.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic HR Leadership

Design and implement HR strategies aligned with Cartier’s regional and global vision

Use People Analytics to support decision-making and organizational growth

Contribute to boutique and regional HR action plans
Team Management
-
Lead and develop a team of two (HR Manager and Executive)

Coach and build individual career pathways, strengthening team capabilities
Business Partnership

Collaborate with executive leadership and boutique managers as a trusted HR advisor

Handle employee relations, disputes, and disciplinary actions

Foster a human-centric, high-performance culture
Organizational Design & Development

Regularly review and optimize structure and staffing

Lead change management and continuous improvement initiatives
Talent Acquisition & Development

Oversee recruitment strategy and succession planning

Drive local talent and Emiratization programs in alignment with national goals
Compensation & Benefits

Manage HR budget, salary reviews, and benefits strategy

Ensure market competitiveness and compliance
Operational Excellence

Promote best practices in HR processes and digital systems (Workday, SAP, Visier)

Oversee compliance audits and continuous process improvement
Culture & Engagement

Lead employee engagement surveys and well-being initiatives

Champion diversity, inclusion, and employee-driven programs
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
-
Minimum 10 years of HR leadership experience in the UAE/MEIA region
-
Experience in the luxury retail industry is essential

Proven success in talent development, organizational change, and HR transformation

Deep knowledge of UAE labor law and local compliance

Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking
