Your mission: scale the platform from 1 million to 100 million users, with an eye toward a billion-user intelligence economy. This is not a traditional growth marketing role — it’s about building viral engines, crafting compounding growth loops, and executing rapid global expansion.

Key Responsibilities

System Architecture

• Design and build a global user growth engine from scratch

• Engineer scalable referral systems, incentive mechanics, and viral loops

• Transform users into distribution nodes via intelligent acquisition mechanics

Rapid Execution

• Lead fast-paced go-to-market launches in key regions: India, MENA, LATAM, SEA

• Deploy AI-powered onboarding agents and referral campaigns

• Drive community activation, creator outreach, and viral marketing efforts

Optimization & Analytics

• Improve key growth metrics: CAC, retention, engagement, LTV, and conversions

• Use behavioral insights to optimize virality and user compounding

• Own funnel performance end-to-end

Leadership & Alignment

• Report directly to CEO and Co-Founders

• Align with product, tech, and design without slowing down execution

• Lead internal pods and coordinate external agency partners

Qualifications & Profile

• Proven experience scaling products from 0 to 10M+ users

• Strong background in growth architecture, not just performance marketing

• Deep knowledge of viral mechanics, behavioral loops, and network effects

• Highly analytical, data-driven, and obsessive about metrics

• Comfortable operating at hyper-growth speed and leading under pressure

• Passionate about building a decentralized, user-owned digital economy
