Job Summary

We are seeking a visionary and experienced Head of Fashion Design to lead our design team and shape the creative direction of our seasonal fashion collections. You will collaborate with the Fashion Design Team to develop mood boards, color palettes, and unique design inspirations, ensuring the creation of commercially viable yet trend-forward fashion lines. This leadership role requires deep industry knowledge, creative excellence, and the ability to manage the full design process from ideation to final execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the design team to define seasonal themes, color palettes, and mood boards

• Oversee the full design process from concept to final styling

• Lead the creation of seasonal collections, delivering 30–50 design options per cycle

• Ensure designs align with brand identity and current fashion trends

• Supervise, mentor, and support the fashion design team

• Ensure timely delivery of prototypes for photo shoots, exhibitions, and lookbooks

• Maintain a strong understanding of merchandising principles to ensure product-market alignment

Candidate Profile

• Open to European and American nationals, aged 40 and below

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design or a related field is required

• 10+ years of experience in export-oriented fashion design, with a proven portfolio of seasonal collections

• Deep expertise in design planning, fabric selection, trend forecasting, and market presentation

• Experience in creating sample lines for commercial or editorial purposes

• Strong leadership and team development skills

• A background in merchandising is a strong advantage
