FinKraft is a FinTech SaaS company building a Finance Operating System for the Travel and Hospitality ecosystem. Our platform enables enterprises and ecosystem partners to manage invoicing, indirect taxes, payments, and reconciliations through deeply domain-led, automated systems.

With UAE e-invoicing mandates, PEPPOL adoption, and multi-ASP payment complexity, FinKraft is building a cross-platform, ASP-agnostic payment and invoicing orchestration layer that is secure, scalable, and future-ready.

Role Overview

This is a high-impact technical leadership role responsible for architecting and building the core integration and orchestration layer across multiple ASPs, payment rails, and enterprise ERPs.

You will work closely with Product, Tax, and Hospitality domain leaders to translate real-world regulatory and operational workflows into robust, scalable, and compliant technical systems. This role sits at the intersection of payments, compliance, and large-scale platform engineering.

Key Responsibilities

ASP-Agnostic Integration & Platform Architecture

• Design and own integration architecture connecting all UAE-approved ASPs and future PEPPOL nodes

• Build a modular, scalable platform supporting multiple payment rails, including corporate cards, CTA/BTA, NEFT/RTGS, UPI, and virtual cards

• Ensure seamless synchronization of invoice and payment status across Buyer ERP, Buyer ASP, Seller ASP, FTA systems, and the FinKraft gateway

Payment Orchestration & Reconciliation Systems

• Build resilient payment orchestration systems with idempotency, retries, callbacks, and failure handling

• Implement transaction-level audit trails, logging, and traceability

• Ensure accurate and near real-time reconciliation across all stakeholders

Security, Compliance & Reliability

• Ensure PCI DSS compliance for card-based payment flows

• Implement ISO 27001-aligned security and data protection practices

• Collaborate with Product and Tax teams to meet UAE regulatory and future market compliance requirements

Engineering Leadership & Enablement

• Lead, mentor, and scale engineering teams delivering complex, high-volume integrations

• Partner with Product, QA, and Operations to define technical requirements, SLAs, and reliability standards

• Translate regulatory, domain, and compliance constraints into executable system designs

Candidate Requirements

Experience

• 10–16 years of experience in software engineering and technical leadership

• Strong hands-on background in fintech, payments, or financial infrastructure platforms

• Proven experience building high-scale, API-first, event-driven systems

Core Skills & Competencies

• Deep experience with payment gateway integrations (cards, bank rails, virtual cards)

• Strong exposure to ASP, ERP, and e-invoicing system integrations

• Expertise in API-first, event-driven, and distributed system architectures

• Strong security and compliance mindset (PCI DSS, ISO 27001)

• Proven strengths in system design, scalability, resilience, and observability

• Comfortable operating in a founder-led, high-ambiguity environment
