Job Title: Head of Data / Analytics Growth

Job Description:

We are looking for a Head of Data / Analytics Growth to lead and manage our data and analytics team for a prestigious retail group in Dubai, known for its growing portfolio of women’s fashion brands across the GCC. This key leadership role will oversee the development of data systems, predictive modeling, and advanced analytics to support business growth initiatives and optimize marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing data and analytics team.
• Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of data systems, pipelines, and analytics platforms.
• Lead advanced statistical analyses, predictive modeling, and A/B testing to drive business initiatives and optimize marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams to define metrics, KPIs, and success criteria for growth experiments.
• Provide actionable insights and data-driven recommendations to senior management for strategic decision-making.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in data analytics, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within eCommerce or retail industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, or a related field.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Python, Looker, Snowflake, and similar platforms.
• Experience with cloud platforms and analytics tools like Google Analytics, BigQuery, AWS.
• Applicants must be 38 years old or younger.

Salary:

• AED 20,000 to 22,000 per month, inclusive of fixed allowances.
