C1 is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Communications to lead strategic communication efforts across all platforms. Based in Dubai, this role involves managing brand messaging, content creation, crisis communications, digital presence, and stakeholder engagement while supervising a high-performing communications team. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong digital expertise and leadership experience.
Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Communication Planning: Develop and implement strategies aligned with company goals.

Brand Management: Ensure consistency of messaging and visual identity across platforms.

Internal & External Communications: Oversee messaging and public relations for clarity and alignment.

Content Creation: Lead development of digital, print, and multimedia content.

Digital Presence Management: Maintain and enhance the company’s website and social media channels.

Offline Communication: Manage events, print media, brochures, and PR campaigns.

Crisis Communication: Collaborate on messaging to manage reputational risks and misinformation.

Analytics & Budgeting: Analyze performance metrics, track ROI, and manage communication budgets.

Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with internal and external partners.

Legal Compliance: Ensure all communications adhere to applicable regulations and standards.
Day-to-Day Operational Tasks:

Supervise and coordinate communication plans and timelines.

Oversee digital platforms ensuring SEO, consistency, and relevance.

Monitor industry trends and competitors to enhance content strategy.

Use analytics tools for campaign optimization and performance reports.

Lead cross-functional collaboration and manage social listening tools.

Guide the internal team in communicating effectively with C1 Members.
Staff Management:

Set clear goals and expectations for the communications team.

Plan, assign, and monitor tasks for operational efficiency.

Foster effective collaboration based on team members’ strengths.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, PR, Marketing, or related field; advanced certifications are a plus.

Minimum 5 years of experience in communications or public relations.

Proven experience in digital and traditional content creation, brand management, and team leadership.

Strong skills in crisis communication, SEO, analytics (Google Analytics), and digital marketing.

Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and assess return on investment (ROI).

Legal awareness regarding communication compliance.
