A leading boutique advisory firm is seeking an experienced Head of Client Services to join its high-performing and agile team in Dubai. The firm partners with investment managers, venture capital funds, private equity firms, and high-growth startups across the GCC, US, and Europe, delivering strategic growth and fundraising mandates.

This role will lead client engagement across multiple advisory projects within the startup and VC ecosystem, acting as a strategic bridge between founders, operators, and institutional capital.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead client management across multiple growth, fundraising, and strategic advisory mandates.

• Oversee project workstreams from origination to execution, ensuring high-quality delivery.

• Manage senior stakeholder relationships across VC, PE, and institutional investor networks.

• Drive client pitches, presentations, and proposal development.

• Organize and lead investor roadshows across the GCC, US, and Europe.

• Support capital raising initiatives and strategic sales processes.

• Maintain strong engagement with founders, operators, and investors throughout each mandate.

• Identify opportunities to deepen client relationships and expand service offerings.

Candidate Requirements:

• 7+ years of professional experience within Venture Capital (VC), Private Equity (PE), Investment Banking (IB), or Management Consulting.

• Strong exposure to fundraising, capital markets, or transaction advisory.

• Demonstrated experience managing senior client relationships and leading presentations.

• Commercially driven mindset with an interest in fundraising and investor engagement.

• Willingness to travel internationally and work within a dynamic, high-performance environment where hours may vary.

• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
