Head of Business – Retail Operations

Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Business to lead our operations in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing business strategies that drive growth, profitability, and operational efficiency across all business units. You will oversee daily operations, lead key business initiatives, and ensure alignment with corporate objectives while taking full ownership of the P&L to achieve financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business strategies to drive growth, profitability, and operational efficiency across all business units.
• Oversee daily business operations, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives, market demands, and profitability goals.
• Lead the development of key business initiatives, including market expansion, product offerings, and customer experience strategies.
• Take full ownership of the P&L, including revenue generation, cost control, and profitability, ensuring the business meets its financial goals.

Requirements:

• 45 years old or below, with at least 7 years of experience in the outdoor, sportswear, or performance apparel industry.
• Master’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Proven senior leadership experience with strong P&L oversight, ideally in retail or a similar industry.
