Kitopi, a leading cloud kitchen platform, is seeking a Head Chef to lead and manage kitchen operations in Dubai. This role requires a passionate culinary professional with strong leadership and organizational skills to ensure smooth food preparation, top-quality dishes, and an efficient, hygienic kitchen environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop innovative and seasonal menus aligned with the restaurant’s concept and customer preferences.

Oversee daily kitchen operations including food preparation, cooking, and presentation.

Supervise and schedule kitchen staff, ensuring compliance with hygiene and food safety standards.

Monitor food quality, presentation, and portion sizes to maintain brand consistency.

Manage inventory, order supplies, and control kitchen costs and waste effectively.

Train, mentor, and conduct performance reviews of the kitchen team.

Ensure HACCP compliance and perform routine checks on cleanliness and storage.

Collaborate with management on budget planning and labor cost control.

Occasionally interact with customers to gather feedback and ensure satisfaction.
Skills and Qualifications:

Culinary degree or equivalent hands-on experience.

Minimum 5 years of kitchen experience, including 2+ years in a leadership role.
