Job Title: Hair Care Trainer & Sales Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hair Care Trainer & Sales Specialist to represent and promote our premium, formaldehyde-free Brazilian hair treatment products across salons in the UAE. The ideal candidate will combine hands-on expertise in hair care treatments with excellent sales skills, conducting product demonstrations, providing technical training, and driving sales growth in the salon industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct salon visits and deliver live product demonstrations, showcasing the benefits of our Brazilian hair treatments.

• Perform keratin and protein hair treatments using professional styling tools such as flat irons and hair dryers during live sessions.

• Educate salon staff on the proper application techniques and benefits of formaldehyde-free hair treatments.

• Actively promote product sales through confident and engaging presentations to salon owners and staff.

• Provide post-training support, offering technical advice and exceptional customer service to salons.

• Build strong, lasting relationships with salon professionals to expand brand presence and drive sales growth across the UAE.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven hands-on experience with keratin and protein hair treatments and hair therapy procedures.

• Excellent communication and sales skills, with the ability to confidently present and promote products.

• Professional appearance and strong personal grooming standards.

• Comfort with using styling tools (flat irons, hair dryers) during demonstrations.

• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus).

• Highly energetic, presentable, and customer-focused.

• Willingness to travel across the UAE for salon visits and product training.
