Job Title: Guest Service Support Expert

Job Description:

As a Guest Service Support Expert, you’ll play a crucial role in ensuring our food and beverage operations run seamlessly, delivering exceptional service from start to finish.

Your responsibilities include setting tables, assisting kitchen staff, maintaining cleanliness in work areas, replenishing supplies, and ensuring smooth transactions for a high-quality guest experience. Your attention to detail and commitment to service excellence will help create an inviting atmosphere for all our guests.

In this role, you’ll be on your feet, moving around the restaurant (standing, walking, sitting for extended periods), and handling tasks such as lifting, carrying, and replenishing stock. Your efforts will ensure that everything runs smoothly, making the dining experience feel extraordinary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Set up and clear tables, assist in the kitchen, and ensure work areas are clean and organized.

  • Replenish supplies as needed to ensure food and beverage operations continue without interruption.

  • Deliver friendly, attentive service to all guests, ensuring their dining experience exceeds expectations.

  • Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, adhering to company policies and safety standards.

  • Maintain professional appearance, uniform, and communication at all times.

  • Perform physical tasks including lifting and carrying objects (up to 25 pounds without assistance and up to 50 pounds with assistance).

  • Manage movement across various surfaces and environments, ensuring safety and operational efficiency.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Experience: No previous work experience is required, but previous experience in a food and beverage environment is preferred.

  • Supervisory Experience: Not required.

  • Certification: No specific certifications required.
