PrimeShineDXB is a premium on-site vehicle care service operating within Dubai’s most exclusive hotels and residential properties. We are looking for polished, professional Guest Service & Sales Representatives to represent our brand on-site and deliver an exceptional guest experience.

Based in valet and drop-off areas, you will work closely with hotel teams to inform guests about our car wash and vehicle shine services in a courteous, respectful, and non-intrusive manner. You will be the face of PrimeShineDXB, combining hospitality excellence with soft sales skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome hotel guests and residents with a warm, professional, and courteous approach.

• Present PrimeShineDXB’s on-site vehicle wash and shine services using approved scripts and service guidelines.

• Coordinate closely with valet and hotel staff to ensure seamless vehicle handover and service flow.

• Process guest payments accurately using a tablet-based point-of-sale system.

• Collect and register vehicle details (model, color, license plate, parking number) into the system.

• Maintain a calm, polished, and professional presence at all times on duty.

• Ensure all guest interactions align with company standards and luxury hotel etiquette.

• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets set by management.

• Confidently handle guest questions and basic service inquiries.

• Escalate complaints or service concerns promptly and professionally to the supervisor.

• Maintain excellent personal grooming, uniform standards, and professional appearance.

• Support promotional activities such as flyers, awareness campaigns, and new service launches when required.

• Maintain strict confidentiality of guest and vehicle information at all times.

Requirements

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong customer service mindset with a respectful and guest-first attitude.

• Confidence in approaching guests within a luxury hospitality environment.

• Professional appearance and high grooming standards.

• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, premium setting.

• Previous experience in hospitality, retail, airline, concierge, or customer service roles is preferred.

• Comfortable using tablets and digital systems for payments and data entry.

• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.

• Fluent English is required; additional languages are an advantage.

Salary & Benefits

• AED 7,000 – 10,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances)

• Additional monthly benefit: AED 500
