Anantara Hotels & Resorts, a global luxury hospitality brand known for its personalized guest experiences, is hiring a Guest Service Agent for a 6-month seasonal contract. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional guest service, anticipate needs, and ensure every guest enjoys a seamless stay. This role suits individuals passionate about hospitality, customer care, and working in a multicultural environment.
Responsibilities

Anticipate guest needs and respond to inquiries promptly and attentively.

Maintain full knowledge of resort offerings including rooms, rates, facilities, promotions, and dining outlets.

Uphold Anantara’s highest service standards in all guest interactions.

Take ownership of guest satisfaction and follow up on issues efficiently.

Handle financial transactions in line with resort policies.

Suggest alternatives and solutions to enhance guest experiences.

Record and share guest feedback with supervisors regularly.

Build strong relationships with all departments for smooth operations.

Participate in daily briefings, resort events, and training sessions.

Liaise with Concierge and drivers to ensure smooth guest transfers.

Ensure proper shift handovers and follow telephone etiquette.

Provide timely follow-ups on guest requests and ensure needs are fully met.

Recognize repeat guests and VIPs with personalized attention.

Maintain professional grooming, etiquette, and punctuality at all times.

Comply with safety, fire, health, and security regulations.

Support team activities and uphold a positive image of the resort.
Skills & Requirements

Strong customer service focus.

Prior hotel front office experience preferred.

Excellent communication skills with fluency in English.

Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
-
Basic computer skills; PMS experience is an advantage.

Knowledge of Russian or German is a plus.
