Ennismore, a leading lifestyle hospitality company, is seeking a Guest Service Agent to join SO/ Uptown Dubai. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional first impressions and ensuring every guest departure is memorable. The Guest Service Agent will handle check-ins, check-outs, payments, guest requests, and coordinate with internal teams to enhance the overall guest experience in a luxury-lifestyle hotel setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process guest check-ins and check-outs, confirming reservations and issuing room keys

• Handle all types of payments including cash, checks, debit, or credit cards

• Record, respond to, and process guest calls, messages, and inquiries

• Coordinate with Housekeeping to ensure room readiness and communicate parking or valet procedures

• Provide guests with information regarding property and local points of interest

• Run daily reports for arrivals and departures, check for special requests, and ensure accuracy

• Complete cashier and closing reports, balance bank at shift start and end, and manage receipts

• Maintain a professional demeanor, uniform, and personal appearance while ensuring seamless guest interactions

• Perform light physical tasks, including lifting, carrying, pushing, and placing objects under 10 pounds

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience or understanding of luxury-lifestyle hospitality

• Excellent conversational skills and teamwork orientation

• Positive outlook, outgoing personality, and passion for creating memorable experiences

• Familiarity with Oasys, Opera, or other hotel operations systems is a plus

• Ability to work hands-on, stay mobile, and provide attentive guest service
