Ennismore, a leading lifestyle hospitality company, is seeking a Guest Service Agent to join SO/ Uptown Dubai. This role is pivotal in delivering exceptional first impressions and ensuring every guest departure is memorable. The Guest Service Agent will handle check-ins, check-outs, payments, guest requests, and coordinate with internal teams to enhance the overall guest experience in a luxury-lifestyle hotel setting.
Key Responsibilities:

Process guest check-ins and check-outs, confirming reservations and issuing room keys

Handle all types of payments including cash, checks, debit, or credit cards

Record, respond to, and process guest calls, messages, and inquiries

Coordinate with Housekeeping to ensure room readiness and communicate parking or valet procedures

Provide guests with information regarding property and local points of interest

Run daily reports for arrivals and departures, check for special requests, and ensure accuracy

Complete cashier and closing reports, balance bank at shift start and end, and manage receipts

Maintain a professional demeanor, uniform, and personal appearance while ensuring seamless guest interactions

Perform light physical tasks, including lifting, carrying, pushing, and placing objects under 10 pounds
Skills & Qualifications:

Experience or understanding of luxury-lifestyle hospitality

Excellent conversational skills and teamwork orientation

Positive outlook, outgoing personality, and passion for creating memorable experiences

Familiarity with Oasys, Opera, or other hotel operations systems is a plus

Ability to work hands-on, stay mobile, and provide attentive guest service
