Hilton is hiring a Guest Service Agent for its Dubai Jumeirah location. This role focuses on delivering excellent customer service from check-in to check-out and ensuring guest satisfaction. Ideal for candidates with front office or customer-facing experience, this is a full-time, on-site opportunity.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional reception and guest services

Handle guest check-in/out processes efficiently

Resolve guest queries and escalate feedback to the Guest Service Manager

Promote hotel services through up-selling techniques

Maintain accurate financial transactions including currency exchange and card handling

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and fire regulations

Support night team training and assist other departments as needed
Qualifications:
-
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred

Strong communication skills and a positive, professional demeanor

High level of grooming and presentation standards

Ability to multi-task under pressure with attention to detail

Familiarity with hotel room categories, rates, and promotions

Competent IT skills and knowledge of front office systems
Preferred but not required:

Cash handling experience

Background in hotel, leisure, or entertainment sectors

Conflict resolution training or experience
