This full-time, on-site role is ideal for individuals with experience in luxury hotels who are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences.

As a Guest Room Attendant, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and private residences, ensuring that Four Seasons’ legendary standards of service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain all guest rooms and residences, including furniture, mirrors, floors, and bathroom fixtures.

• Vacuum, dust, sanitize, and polish guestroom surfaces to the highest standards.

• Replenish supplies, amenities, and linens according to established procedures.

• Ensure prompt attention to guest needs and maintain discretion while working.

• Report maintenance or repair needs to the housekeeping supervisor.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience as a Housekeeping Attendant in a 5-star luxury hotel.

• Strong communication skills in English.

• High attention to detail, precision, and commitment to cleanliness.

• Professional, courteous, and guest-oriented attitude.
