As a Guest Relations Supervisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in managing the Guest Relations team, ensuring five-star service delivery, and supporting operational excellence across guest check-ins, complaints resolution, and property onboarding. Key Responsibilities:

Personally welcome guests and ensure a smooth check-in process

Lead and mentor the Guest Relations team to uphold high service standards

Handle guest escalation complaints with professionalism and efficiency

Manage staff schedules to ensure consistent operational coverage

Coordinate with the Operations Team to onboard new property listings
-
Ensure guest needs are met by liaising with housekeeping, maintenance, and vendors
-
Use property management systems (Hostaway, Breezeway) for guest and task management
-
Be available for night shifts to accommodate late arrivals
Qualifications:
-
Prior experience in guest relations within 5-star hotels or holiday homes in Dubai

Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English

Ability to handle in-person guest interactions that result in positive reviews and repeat bookings

Self-driven, dependable, and a collaborative team player

Familiarity with Hostaway, Breezeway, Sakani, and DTCM portal is a strong advantage

Willingness to work night shifts
