About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Guest Relations Intern to join our team. This internship is an excellent opportunity for students passionate about hospitality and guest experience to gain hands-on experience in a luxury resort environment. The intern will support various guest service functions, work alongside seasoned hospitality professionals, and contribute to creating memorable experiences for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:

Guest Interaction & Experience:

Greet and assist guests with warmth and professionalism.

Answer guest inquiries about the resort, experiences, and services, offering personalized recommendations.

Proactively up-sell hotel offerings based on guest preferences.

Operational Support:

Assist with daily guest relations tasks, ensuring smooth operations.

Maintain knowledge of LQA (Leading Quality Assurance) standards and ensure compliance.

Handle assigned areas responsibly and seek approval before leaving the station.

Follow resort policies, including the “clean as you go” policy, to uphold high service standards.

Team Collaboration & Learning:

Actively participate in daily briefings and team meetings.

Support team members and supervisors with day-to-day responsibilities.

Report any guest issues or concerns to supervisors promptly.

Learn from experienced professionals and gain insights into luxury hospitality operations.
