Hilton is seeking a passionate and service-driven Guest Relations Executive for Conrad Abu Dhabi Etihad Towers. You will be the first point of contact for VIP and long-stay guests, ensuring an exceptional guest experience and supporting the hotel’s commitment to the highest standards of hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:

Meet, greet, and direct guests entering the lobby area.

Serve as the main point of contact for VIP and long-stay guests.

Brief hotel departments about VIP guest requirements.
-
Respond to guest queries and complaints promptly and efficiently.
-
Maintain a high level of customer service across Reception, Lobby, and Level45 areas.

Suggest and coordinate seasonal lobby decorations to enhance guest experience.
-
Promote hotel facilities and services when appropriate (up-selling).

Reward and track regular guests’ loyalty creatively while managing budget allocations.
-
Attend Reception and Level45 team meetings.
-
Ensure compliance with hotel security, fire regulations, and health and safety standards.

Support other departments as necessary.
