Accor is seeking a Guest Relations Agent for Mövenpick Hotel Jumeirah Beach, a luxurious 5-star property located along Dubai’s Arabian Gulf. This on-site, full-time role is ideal for individuals passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and working in a high-end hospitality environment.
Responsibilities:

Provide friendly, efficient, and professional service to guests at all times.

Resolve guest complaints and requests promptly, coordinating with relevant departments.

Prepare welcome folders, share hotel and local information, and personalize guest experiences.

Assist with check-in and check-out procedures ensuring smooth operations.

Maintain updated knowledge of hotel amenities, local events, and attractions.

Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms meet quality standards.

Manage lost and found items with proper documentation.

Handle restaurant reservations, transportation requests, and concierge services.

Participate in training programs to enhance customer service skills.

Contribute to continuous improvement of guest services by providing feedback to management.
Qualifications:

Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role at a 5-star hotel.

Fluent in English (written and verbal); additional languages are a plus.

Experience with Opera software is advantageous.

Strong attention to detail, energy, and enthusiasm for guest service.
